Spooky Recipes

Kabobs, Spooky Style

Start with chicken, steak, or shrimp. Chop meat into bite-sized pieces.  Place meat in container that will seal tightly.  Pour Spooky Sauce into container to cover meat.  Place in refrigerator, and marinate for 4 hours, or overnight.  Chop vegetables of your choice: onions, mushrooms, red, green, yellow peppers, zucchini.  Thread 1 or 2 pieces of vegetable onto long skewer, followed by 1 piece of meat or shrimp.  Continue until skewer is full.  Grill until meat is done, turning the kabob to ensure even grilling.  Baste with Spooky sauce while grilling.  Serve with salad greens, or rice for a well balanced, delicious meal.

Spooky Meatloaf

1 lb hamburger
1 cup bread crumbs
1 bottle mild Spooky Sauce
1 egg
1 to 2 dashes of garlic salt
1 Tbs mustard

Mix hamburger, breadcrumbs and 1 cup mild Spooky Sauce.  Whisk together egg, 1 to 2 dashes garlic salt and mustard, then add to meat mixture.  Put in meatloaf pan, pour Spooky Sauce on top.   Cook at 350 for 1 hour.

To serve, cut meatloaf into slices, place on plate, pour additional Spooky Sauce, as desired, on top.

Serve with mashed or baked potatoes, salad, peas and carrots for a well-balanced, nutritious and delicious family meal.
